The area where you house now sits, may be depicted on one of our many large-scale atlas maps of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia suburbs. These large maps, most are approximately 22 x 31 inches, were included in hand colored atlases published between 1860 and 1930 of properties along the railroad lines.  They contain fascinating detail concerning property ownership as well as private and public buildings.  The maps range in price from $275 to $450. We currently have maps depicting Merion, Merion Station, Overbrook, Wynnewood, Bala Cynwyd, Ardmore, Haverford (including the area of Merion Golf Club, Merion Cricket Club and Haverford College)  Bryn Mawr (with Bryn Mawr College, The Shipley School, Baldwin School, etc.), Rosemont, Villanova, Gladwyne, Conshohoken, Gulph Mills, St. Davids, the town of Wayne, Strafford, Devon, Paoli, etc. We also have maps of all parts of Chester County and Philadelphia.
