An especially attractive and lively depiction of a favorite mid 19th century American horse racing event.  The drivers are shown concentrating intensely, driving the wide-eyed and muscular horses that pull the sulkies through clouds of dust and past the viewing stand.

19 ½ x 28 ½ inches, image.
Beautifully framed in veneer molding.
finished dimension of 30 x 38 inches.
Professionally conserved. Very good condition.
