Charming print from a volume of hand colored steel plate engravings describing the varied industrial establishments located in the Philadelphia area at the end of the19th century. The book was entitled, The Manufactories and Manufacturers of Pennsylvania..., was edited by Charles Robson, and printed by the Galaxy Publishing Company in 1875. Each detailed engraving offers an accurate and romantic view of industrial Philadelphia.
