Charles Barrow Clarke Prescott (1870-1932) was a painter and etcher. He studied at St John’s Wood Art School and Academie Julien, Paris. And exhibited at leading galleries in London (including the Royal Academy) and in the provinces. He held several one man shows at the Fine Art Society.
