An original pen and ink wash drawing on card stock by Eligio Pintore (Italian painter mid 19th century) celebrating the New Year (?) with its title, "Greetings/Best wishes and Good Fortune." It is signed and dated 1844. The winged figure holds an olive wreath in her raised right hand, she stands next to a cart wheel representing industry/commerce and leans on a shield. Unique original drawing.

Pen and black ink wash.
