The accompanying text on the reverse of the image reads: “This well known resort to all sea-side seekers, is still under the direct management of its genial proprietor Thomas Bond who  never sends a guest away hungry or has him in any way displeased with his visit. The location of this property is between Beach Haven and Little Egg Harbor Inlet on Long Beach, and has been the noted resort of sportsmen and their families for years.
