Delightful hand colored wood engraved detailed depictions of "The State House, Newport", "The Casino, Newport", "The Tennis Grounds", " Entrance to the Tennis Grounds" as they appeared in 1884. 

This page with its illustration of enormous Newport residences was included in a section of the periodical fittingly entitled "Where Cottages are Palaces."
